We have more than 75 people employed primarily to process HobbyKing wholesale and retail orders. Over 40 Warehouse staff, 11 Customer Service Staff plus various technical, and administration employees. We utilise real-time ordering, RFID and barcode warehousing, postal tracking systems and real time stock, payment and order tracking. Our online system means customers can view the status of their account and check parcel delivery status, stock information and modify orders much easier than convential backend systems would allow. Price HobbyKing's prices are kept so low because of our direct link with factories & our own manufacturing capabilities. We will never go through a vendor or middle man, the savings are always passed on to the customer. Being a low-profit organisation, hobbyking is often unable to further discuount it's products. We have never had a 30%-OFF sale! We feel our postage pricing is as fair as possible and delivery speed well within customers expectations.
